Guide for Intensive Psychological Support Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological support and monitor the well-being of children and youth
• Support regulation, safety, and functional capacity through trauma-informed care
• Collaborate closely with youth psychiatric outpatient clinics
• Support family relationships and parenting
• Maintain a safe and predictable daily environment
• Participate in planning, evaluation, and development
• Utilize nature and animal-assisted methods (Green Care) in daily work

Requirements

• Relevant professional education (Social Worker, Nurse, Practical Nurse, or Occupational Therapist)
• Experience in psychiatry, child welfare, or demanding client work
• Ability to combine structure and flexibility within a reflective team
• Strong interaction and collaboration skills
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in ART, MAPA, or NEPSY methods
• Trauma-informed expertise
• Interest in animal-assisted work
• Swedish language skills
