Guest Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the Players Club program and Guest Services Representatives
• Assist with the daily operations of the Marketing Department
• Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events
• Greet guests and team members in a professional and friendly manner
• Resolve guest problems and complaints effectively and courteously
• Manage staff performance, including training, scheduling, and evaluating standards
• Assist with Players Club activities such as member enrollment, coupon distribution, and card usage
• Prepare monthly reports regarding goals and activity summaries

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of hospitality industry experience
• One year of supervisory experience in the hospitality field
• Basic math skills and advanced typing skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license in accordance with regulatory commissions
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events
• Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment with loud noise levels
