About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the operation of the Players Club program and Guest Services Representatives
- Assist with the daily operations of the Marketing Department
- Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events
- Greet guests and team members in a professional and friendly manner
- Resolve guest problems and complaints effectively and courteously
- Manage staff performance, including training, scheduling, and evaluating standards
- Assist with Players Club activities such as member enrollment, coupon distribution, and card usage
- Prepare monthly reports regarding goals and activity summaries
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of hospitality industry experience
- One year of supervisory experience in the hospitality field
- Basic math skills and advanced typing skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license in accordance with regulatory commissions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events
- Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment with loud noise levels
