Guest Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the Players Club program and Guest Services Representatives
• Assist with the daily operations of the Marketing Department
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events
• Provide consistent, prompt, and courteous guest service to create an exciting atmosphere
• Resolve guest problems and complaints in an effective and professional manner
• Manage staff performance, including training, scheduling, and evaluating standards
• Assist with Players Club activities such as member enrollment, coupon distribution, and card usage
• Prepare monthly reports regarding short-term and long-term goals and activities

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of hospitality industry experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role
• Basic math skills and advanced typing skills
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license in accordance with regulatory commissions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment with loud noise levels
