About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct services to guests and ensure a safe environment
  • Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
  • Operate coat check rooms and scan tickets for entry
  • Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
  • Assist ADA patrons and seat guests
  • Enforce venue policies and participate in emergency evacuation procedures
  • Supervise usher staff and daily operations (Supervisor role)
  • Conduct briefings and training sessions (Supervisor role)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • 1-2 years of related experience for Staff roles
  • 0-1 years of related experience for Usher roles
  • 4 years of related experience for Supervisor roles
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in events or the music industry
  • BA/BS Degree (for Supervisor role)
