About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to guests and ensure a safe environment
- Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
- Operate coat check rooms and scan tickets for entry
- Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
- Assist ADA patrons and seat guests
- Enforce venue policies and participate in emergency evacuation procedures
- Supervise usher staff and daily operations (Supervisor role)
- Conduct briefings and training sessions (Supervisor role)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1-2 years of related experience for Staff roles
- 0-1 years of related experience for Usher roles
- 4 years of related experience for Supervisor roles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in events or the music industry
- BA/BS Degree (for Supervisor role)
