About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer guest questions and direct them to restrooms, ATMs, coat checks, and VIP areas
- Operate coat check rooms following established guidelines
- Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event entrance
- Greet guests, resolve complaints, and monitor guest conduct for safety
- Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible drinking and prevent underage drinking
- Seat guests and assist ADA patrons
- Enforce venue policies and participate in required training
- Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team
- Monitor venue during arrival and exit to comply with fire safety regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with superior customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in events
- Knowledge of the music industry
