About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer guest questions and direct them to restrooms, ATMs, coat checks, and VIP areas
  • Operate coat check rooms following established guidelines
  • Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event entrance
  • Greet guests, resolve complaints, and monitor guest conduct for safety
  • Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible drinking and prevent underage drinking
  • Seat guests and assist ADA patrons
  • Enforce venue policies and participate in required training
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team
  • Monitor venue during arrival and exit to comply with fire safety regulations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude with superior customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in events
  • Knowledge of the music industry
