Guest Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly and helpful attitude
• Answer questions and provide information about the resort and surrounding area
• Set-up, operate, maintain, and breakdown work areas
• Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor areas
• Maintain knowledge of weather conditions, snow reports, and resort locations
• Manage guest entry and exit from the resort
• Perform daily counts of parking lots and abandoned vehicles
• Report complaints and guest concerns to supervisors
• Collect, handle, and store ski and snowboard equipment
• Conduct market research surveys with on-site guests

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of guest service or ski resort industry
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and long hours
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in wet, cold, or hot outdoor conditions
