About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the weekend experience to create a high-quality guest experience
- Oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, placement, and training
- Recruit, vet, and shepherd serving team leaders and volunteers
- Coordinate staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for ministry areas
- Utilize the Serve Toolbox within ROCK for scheduling and communication
- Provide pastoral care including weddings, funerals, baptisms, and hospital visits
- Develop relationships with community leaders and local organizations
- Track ministry goals, objectives, and volunteer engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience mentoring or leading others to Christ
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and Sundays
- Alignment with CCV CORE Values and Staff Fundamentals
- Must be/become an active member of CCV
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Biblical Studies
- Experience working in Ministry
