Team leadership experience, Experience leading others to Christ, Flexible schedule (Saturdays/Sundays), Ability to lift 50 lbs, Active CCV membership
About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, train, and develop volunteer teams for guest experience
- Plan and execute weekend experiences and campus events to ensure excellence in physical environments
- Manage facility maintenance, cleaning rhythms, and event setup/teardown
- Track weekly attendance, ministry goals, and volunteer engagement
- Provide pastoral care including weddings, funerals, baptisms, and hospital visits
Requirements
- Experience successfully managing or leading a team
- Experience leading others to Christ
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Alignment with CCV CORE Values and CORE Commitments
- Must be/become an active member of CCV
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Biblical Studies
- Experience working in Ministry
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
