  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring accurate verification of Emirates ID and required documentation
  • Complete patient registration by capturing accurate demographic, insurance, and eligibility information in the EMR
  • Manage scheduling activities, including booking appointments, conducting reminder calls, and coordinating follow-up visits
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by assisting patients and families with inquiries and concerns
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, routing messages, and coordinating with clinical teams
  • Perform cash-handling duties including collecting co-pays, posting payments, and reconciling daily collections

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational/technical qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational or customer-facing role
  • Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic with strong communication skills
