About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring accurate verification of Emirates ID and required documentation
- Complete patient registration by capturing accurate demographic, insurance, and eligibility information in the EMR
- Manage scheduling activities, including booking appointments, conducting reminder calls, and coordinating follow-up visits
- Deliver high-quality customer service by assisting patients and families with inquiries and concerns
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, routing messages, and coordinating with clinical teams
- Perform cash-handling duties including collecting co-pays, posting payments, and reconciling daily collections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or vocational/technical qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational or customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in both English and Arabic with strong communication skills
