About the role

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and deliver all aspects of the guest journey to the highest level
  • Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the guest services department
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Deliver an effective planned guest engagement program
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements
  • Perform follow-up activities for internal and external audits
