About the role
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and deliver all aspects of the guest journey to the highest level
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the guest services department
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Deliver an effective planned guest engagement program
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements
- Perform follow-up activities for internal and external audits
Requirements

- Strong verbal communication skills
