About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Guest Services and all other Front Office departments
- Coordinate daily arrivals, departures, transportation logistics, and VIP services
- Oversee Bell Captains to ensure accurate organization and charging of guest transportation, including private drives and ski shuttles
- Assist with the interviewing, hiring, and training of bell and valet attendants, shuttle drivers, and ski concierges
- Manage department administration including payroll accuracy, scheduling, coaching, and budget constraints
- Oversee the Service Charge Commission & Gratuity Program to ensure accurate tracking and payouts
- Monitor guest satisfaction results daily and implement actions to resolve service issues
- Assist with the maintenance and scheduling of hotel vehicles
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front office environment
- Prior supervisory experience or three years of bell associate experience
- Valid Colorado State Driver’s License with no violations
- At least two years of experience driving various vehicle types
- Fluency in English for communicating with guests and team members
- Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
