About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Guest Services and all other Front Office departments
  • Coordinate daily arrivals, departures, transportation logistics, and VIP services
  • Oversee Bell Captains to ensure accurate organization and charging of guest transportation, including private drives and ski shuttles
  • Assist with the interviewing, hiring, and training of bell and valet attendants, shuttle drivers, and ski concierges
  • Manage department administration including payroll accuracy, scheduling, coaching, and budget constraints
  • Oversee the Service Charge Commission & Gratuity Program to ensure accurate tracking and payouts
  • Monitor guest satisfaction results daily and implement actions to resolve service issues
  • Assist with the maintenance and scheduling of hotel vehicles

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front office environment
  • Prior supervisory experience or three years of bell associate experience
  • Valid Colorado State Driver’s License with no violations
  • At least two years of experience driving various vehicle types
  • Fluency in English for communicating with guests and team members
  • Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
