About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain loyalty and resolve inquiries in person or via telephone
- Adapt to customer needs to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or refer unresolved grievances to designated departments
- Solicit sales of new or additional products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions
- Participate in venue sustainability programs, including waste sorting and recycling efforts
- Assist with venue closing procedures, such as collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and communications
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to execute programs effectively
- Physical ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, and lift or carry 50 lbs.+
