About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty and resolve inquiries in person or via telephone.
- Adapt to customer needs to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or refer unresolved grievances to designated departments.
- Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Participate in venue sustainability programs, including waste sorting and recycling efforts.
- Assist with venue closing procedures, such as collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service and communications.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Strong sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs effectively.
