Guest Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and building supervision for the City Wide Community Center and Merrimack Lodge
• Perform front desk operations, including answering telephones and assisting patrons
• Manage class registrations and handle cash transactions
• Oversee program and rental setups, including room set up and take down for public meetings
• Maintain facility cleanliness by performing minor cleaning tasks such as sweeping and trash removal
• Assist with securing the building at the end of the day and maintaining supply inventories

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Operator's License
• Youth and Adult CPR certification
• First Aid certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Recreation, or Hospitality
