Guest Services Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest service and assistance to clients, guests, and team members
• Welcome guests and assist with directions, seating, ticketing, and accessibility needs
• Monitor assigned areas to proactively address guest needs and create memorable experiences
• Manage lines and provide directions to ticketed seats and arena locations
• Respond to guest complaints, concerns, and compliments
• Assist guests with disabilities with reasonable requests for accommodations
• Enforce arena and event policies and procedures
• Support management with service initiatives and event coordination

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
• Ability to walk long distances, traverse stairs, and push wheelchairs
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, including near ice surfaces
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to react appropriately in emergency and high-stress situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience
