Guest Services Agent

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary source of information for guests, providing concierge services according to shift schedules
• Process onboard sales transactions and operate the phone switchboard, cashless system, and safety system
• Plan and execute embarkation, disembarkation, and check-in/out procedures
• Maintain daily logbooks and guest manifests, handle guest complaints, and prepare guest lists and invitations
• Coordinate guest travel arrangements and assist with shore excursions
• Ensure the smooth operation of the guest infotainment system

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Front Office department or similar within a 5-star hospitality or restaurant environment
• High school diploma required
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card)
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform extensive walking
• Ability to work 10-week rotations on the ship followed by 4 weeks of vacation
• Fully vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus/Diphtheria, and Hepatitis A and B
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Shipboard experience
• Degree with a focus on hospitality
