Guest Services Agent

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide introductory information
• Serve as the first point of contact for site and client inquiries via email or phone
• Manage guest room allocation and issue room keys/cards
• Oversee the check-in and check-out process
• Maintain accurate database entries for room bookings and payments
• Provide information regarding camp rules and policies
• Assist with reviewing safety documents, timesheets, and maintenance paperwork
• Complete reports using MS Excel and documentation in MS Word

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business Administration
• Minimum 1 year of hotel guest service or administrative experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a remote lodge setting
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (LEMS, receiving reports, work orders, payroll data entry)
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite and Property Management software
• Ability to pass the mandatory WHMIS test with a score of 80% or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Logistiks software
