About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle guest complaints proactively and resolve issues confidently
- Upsell hotel facilities and special promotions
- Manage administrative tasks and data entry for guest relations
- Prepare resources for group and VIP member arrivals
- Manage guest communications via internal and external phone calls
- Perform guest services including check-in and check-out
Requirements
- Passion for providing positive and memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience using Opera is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Confidence in handling credit card and cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
- Valid Australian working rights
