Guest Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and provide a warm, personalized arrival experience
• Assist guests with luggage handling, turn-down service, and special requests
• Coordinate and schedule outdoor experiences including hiking, fishing, and campfire gatherings
• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to cabins and activity areas
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, high-quality service
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, services, and local attractions
• Collaborate with housekeeping and food service departments to ensure seamless experiences

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in an active outdoor environment and varying weather conditions
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and supplies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, glamping, or outdoor recreation
• Experience coordinating recreational activities or special guest experiences
• Knowledge of local attractions and outdoor activities
