About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the Front Office
- Lead and inspire receptionists to create memorable guest experiences
- Manage overbooking levels and ensure correct rates are applied
- Maintain high standards of service and operational smoothness
- Lead the team by example, providing support and empowerment
Requirements
- Hotel or leisure related experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with Opera or similar front desk operating systems
- Understanding of GDS is a significant advantage
- Passion for hospitality and positive guest interaction
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle challenges with a positive attitude
