About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of the Front Office
  • Lead and inspire receptionists to create memorable guest experiences
  • Manage overbooking levels and ensure correct rates are applied
  • Maintain high standards of service and operational smoothness
  • Lead the team by example, providing support and empowerment

Requirements

  • Hotel or leisure related experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Opera or similar front desk operating systems
  • Understanding of GDS is a significant advantage
  • Passion for hospitality and positive guest interaction
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and handle challenges with a positive attitude
