Guest Service Host

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all queries at a financial services client site in Belfast
• Provide a friendly, professional, and "larger than life" welcome to all guests
• Work closely with firm staff and service partners to deliver exceptional customer service
• Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a high level of discretion and security consciousness
• Manage various tasks with a proactive attitude, ensuring no detail is overlooked

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail and a passion for service
• Ability to demonstrate pro-activity in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work 24 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday, between 8 am – 5 pm)
