About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all queries at a financial services client site in Belfast
- Provide a friendly, professional, and "larger than life" welcome to all guests
- Work closely with firm staff and service partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a high level of discretion and security consciousness
- Manage various tasks with a proactive attitude, ensuring no detail is overlooked
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail and a passion for service
- Ability to demonstrate pro-activity in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work 24 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday, between 8 am – 5 pm)
