About the role
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products, room types, rates, and facilities
- Ensure guest service meets the highest standards and take responsibility for service attitude
- Resolve guest satisfaction issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Proactively suggest alternatives to meet guest needs
- Develop harmonious working relationships with all hotel departments
- Attend daily shift briefings, hotel events, and training sessions
Requirements
- Strong focus on customer service
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) preferred
