About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and assist in the smooth running of the food & beverage department
- Deliver guest food & beverage service to the highest levels according to property and company standards
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries
- Support the strategies and objectives of the food service department
- Maintain departmental inventory and achieve productivity targets in collaboration with the Head of Department
- Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements for internal and external audits
