Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and common areas to established high standards
• Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to personalize their experience
• Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings with high integrity
• Organize and manage workload efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure operational excellence
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards at all times
• Respond to guest requests with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach

Requirements

• Primary school education or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Warm, caring personality with a passion for guest service

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or guest service experience in a hospitality setting
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning protocols and guest service standards
• Multilingual abilities
• Certification in housekeeping or hospitality service
