Guest Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest services by meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Oversee the functioning of the Guest Service department, including Front Office and F&B Service
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction
• Manage room inventory and assign rooms based on specific guest needs
• Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through strong product knowledge
• Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted timely
• Handle guest luggage in a courteous and efficient manner
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions, emergency situations, or suspicious activities

Requirements

• Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and customer contact skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak additional languages or a basic understanding of local languages
