About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administration, including meeting and greeting guests and handling room bookings.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at the reception desk to exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure swift, professional, and friendly check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints or problems effectively.
- Maintain the Front Office log book, shift reports, and records of hotel functions.
- Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to resolve operational issues and manage room status.
Requirements
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related Property Management System (PMS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak additional languages.
- Basic understanding of local languages.
