Guest Service Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at arrival and departure with vehicle loading, unloading, retrieval, and parking
• Escort guests and provide assistance with luggage and transportation
• Perform room moves and deliver guest items such as luggage, packages, and amenities
• Coordinate group activity movements including off-site excursions and shuttle transportation
• Maintain resort cleanliness and ambiance at the Porte Cochere
• Provide personalized service by remembering guest names and preferences
• Adhere to hotel safety, hygiene (HACCP), and fire/life safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Excellent English reading, writing, and oral proficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Service-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages
• Basic understanding of local languages
