About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and thank guests in a sincere and friendly manner
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Assign rooms and handle various administrative duties
- Answer phone calls and post charges to appropriate accounts
- Perform daily checklist duties and communicate guest needs across departments
- Resolve guest questions or concerns with a positive, "can-do" attitude
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor
- Keen attention to detail and effective time management
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical mobility and stamina to handle front desk demands
- Ability to work flexible hours and follow instructions
- Must be able to pass a background check
