About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth during check-in and check-out processes
- Support guest stays by providing local tips, assistance with luggage, and answering questions
- Manage daily arrivals and assist with internal reporting to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions and reconciliations with accuracy
Requirements
- A strong passion for people and providing exceptional hospitality
- Proven teamwork skills and the ability to work resiliently in a high-energy environment
- Flexible availability, including readiness to work weekends and nights
- Experience with cash handling
- Experience with Opera Property Management System is a plus
