About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide warm welcomes and leave lasting impressions on all resort guests
- Manage effortless check-in and check-out processes
- Assist guests with luggage, information requests, and general queries to ensure a VIP experience
- Maintain organization by preparing daily reports and managing arrivals
- Handle cash and reconcile accounts with high precision
Requirements
- People-centered approach with a natural ability to connect with guests
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for service excellence
- Flexible availability to work weekends and evenings
- Familiarity with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is a plus
