About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival
- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process
- Maintain clear and courteous communication via in-person, phone, and email
- Oversee accurate processing of guest reservations and special requests using property management systems
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests to resolve issues and provide recommendations
Requirements
- Background in hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
- Ability to articulate information clearly and professionally
- Proactive and positive approach to addressing guest needs
- Commitment to a dynamic work schedule including weekends and public holidays
- Working rights within Australia or New Zealand
