About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage reception tasks including taking bookings, preparing invoices, and checking guests in and out
- Respond to phone and email enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate room readiness and meet guest needs
- Help create an environment where guests feel relaxed, valued, and excited to return
Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Bright, positive attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to support other areas of the resort
- Strong computer literacy and experience with booking/reservation systems
