About the role
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver guests to various local locations as scheduled
- Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, and hotel facilities
- Maintain constant communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks
- Follow baggage tagging and ski storage procedures
- Deliver messages, packages, or other items to guest rooms
- Maintain cleanliness in the Lobby and Luggage storeroom
- Assist Front Desk in locating lost baggage
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of guest or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
