About the role

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver guests to various local locations as scheduled
  • Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, and hotel facilities
  • Maintain constant communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks
  • Follow baggage tagging and ski storage procedures
  • Deliver messages, packages, or other items to guest rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness in the Lobby and Luggage storeroom
  • Assist Front Desk in locating lost baggage

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of guest or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
