Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
• Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, including accurate data entry and billing
• Manage guest reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and confirmations
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests regarding transportation, dining, or accommodations
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Provide information on local area activities, dining options, and resort amenities
• Perform administrative duties such as managing guest files and updating databases

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or Business Administration is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in guest service, customer service, or front office roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
