About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
- Process payments accurately
- Attend to incoming calls and emails professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Comply with hotel health and security procedures
- Assist with casual porterage of guest luggage
Requirements
- Experience in a similar guest service role
- Passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work early/late shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical fitness for luggage handling
- Excellent communication skills and a warm personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Opera cloud system
- Knowledge or qualification in Hospitality
