About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information regarding services, promotions, rates, and facility policies
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products, services, or special offers
- Manage guest appointments and inquiries while logging messages for appropriate departments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or communication industry
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Familiarity with the Opera System
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle administrative duties
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer-oriented mindset and a positive team player attitude
