About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
  • Providing local knowledge and recommendations
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Supporting other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Valid Australian work rights
  • Opera Cloud experience is advantageous
