Guest Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and replenish assigned guest rooms and suites to five-star resort standards
• Perform full room servicing including dusting, linen changes, vacuuming, and amenity replenishment
• Use and maintain chemicals, supplies, and equipment according to resort guidelines
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and personalize interactions using guest names
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene policies
• Report malfunctions, lost items, or unusual behavior to supervisors
• Manage mobile supplier/collector carts carefully to avoid damage to corridors
• Attend shift-start briefings and adhere to company values and Forbes 5-Star standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Guest Room Attendant in a hotel
• Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• High School diploma, vocational training, and/or 1 year of relevant work experience
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
