Guest Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards
• Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments
• Report maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
• Restock cleaning carts at the end of each shift
• Perform deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled
• Observe all housekeeping, safety, and security procedures
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of local Hershey area activities and attractions
