About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of reference for guests, ensuring high-quality service throughout their stay
  • Lead and collaborate with the Guest Relations team with empathy and professionalism
  • Escort guests to rooms and provide information regarding hotel services and facilities
  • Support guests with practical requests and special needs to ensure a seamless experience
  • Collaborate to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the Guest Services department
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective guest engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices, including documentation and audits
