About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of reference for guests, ensuring high-quality service throughout their stay
- Lead and collaborate with the Guest Relations team with empathy and professionalism
- Escort guests to rooms and provide information regarding hotel services and facilities
- Support guests with practical requests and special needs to ensure a seamless experience
- Collaborate to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the Guest Services department
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective guest engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices, including documentation and audits
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Fluent English is mandatory
