About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage pre-arrival, mid-stay, and post-stay communications to ensure guest needs are met
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests by coordinating with relevant departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Desk
- Identify special guest occasions like birthdays and anniversaries to organize personalized amenities
- Follow VIP procedures, including greeting and bidding farewell to VIP guests
- Monitor overall guest satisfaction through questionnaires and direct interaction, reporting findings to the Guest Relations Manager
- Maintain accurate records of guest comments, suggestions, and lost and found items
- Support environmental and energy-saving initiatives within the facility
- Provide guidance to guests regarding health or medical emergencies when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in English and a good command of at least one of the following: Arabic, German, French, or Russian
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with Front Office software such as Fidelio or Opera
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct less experienced colleagues
