About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor in conducting pre-event staff briefings and overseeing Team Members
- Coach staff and support them in resolving guest issues
- Coordinate staff breaks and work with management to resolve customer concerns
- Proactively respond to negative fan behavior to ensure a safe environment
- Monitor radio communications and offer conflict resolution suggestions
- Utilize Parkhub technology and computers to track parking availability and data
- Flag and direct vehicle traffic and assist pedestrians at crosswalks
- Occasionally drive a golf cart to audit parking lots and credentials
Requirements
- At least one full season of experience in GR Parking or event parking
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with accuracy under pressure
- Familiarity with computers, iPad, and Android technology
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to work shifts ranging from 8-12 hours
- Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising and leading a team of employees
