Guest Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the concierge and front desk team to ensure smooth check-in/out processes and excellent guest service
• Manage guest referrals, screening, and room allocations to maximize facility occupancy
• Supervise daily front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries and guest requests
• Monitor facility readiness and cleanliness by coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams
• Track and analyze occupancy data to inform operational decisions and improvements
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and implement effective service recovery solutions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest relations, front desk management, or hospitality management
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
