About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the concierge and front desk team to ensure smooth check-in/out processes and excellent guest service
- Manage guest referrals, screening, and room allocation to maximize facility occupancy
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries and guest requests
- Monitor facility readiness and cleanliness by coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams
- Track and analyze occupancy data to inform operational decisions and improvements
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and implement effective service recovery solutions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest relations, front desk management, or hospitality management
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and reservation software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
