Guest Relations Executive

Responsibilities

• Review daily arrival reports and prepare VIP guest welcomes
• Perform personalized Check-In for VIP guests
• Provide continuous assistance and proactively address guest preferences
• Advise guests on local tourist attractions, restaurants, boutiques, and hotel services
• Manage and efficiently resolve incidents, claims, or complaints
• Coordinate and personalize amenities for different guest types
• Maintain updated directories of local points of interest and services
• Prepare personalized communications such as welcome letters and apologies
• Follow up on hotel services and packages
• Ensure compliance with service quality standards and safety procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Psychology, Communication, or related technical careers
• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality customer service roles
• Advanced English proficiency
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Solid knowledge of customer service techniques
• Effective and assertive communication skills
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on cordiality and resourcefulness
