Guest Relations Executive

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth guest flow
• Interact with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with hotel services and facilities
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Concierge to fulfill guest requests
• Maintain and update guest profiles, preferences, and special requirements in the hotel system
• Identify VIP and repeat guests to arrange personalized services or amenities for special occasions
• Conduct guest feedback collection and follow up on service recovery when required
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and reviews to identify service improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality Operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle guest complaints calmly and professionally
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
