About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the concierge and front desk team to ensure smooth check-in/out processes and excellent guest service
- Manage guest referrals, screening, and room allocation to maximize facility occupancy
- Supervise front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries and guest requests
- Monitor facility readiness and cleanliness by coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams
- Track and analyze occupancy data to inform operational decisions and improvements
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and implement effective service recovery solutions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Valid Driver's License (required if operating lodge vehicles)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Additional education or certification in hospitality management or office administration
