About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the concierge and front desk team to ensure smooth check-in/out processes and excellent guest service
  • Manage guest referrals, screening, and room allocation to maximize occupancy
  • Supervise front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries and guest requests
  • Monitor facility readiness and cleanliness by coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams
  • Track and analyze occupancy data to inform operational decisions and improvements
  • Resolve guest concerns and implement effective service recovery solutions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
  • Valid Driver's License (required if operating lodge vehicles)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional education or certification in hospitality management or office administration
