About the role
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure a personalized stay
- Provide bespoke recommendations for hotel services, local attractions, and dining
- Proactively engage with guests to gather feedback and address concerns
- Act as a key liaison between guests and various hotel departments
- Coordinate personalized amenities, experiences, and surprises
- Maintain detailed guest profiles for service continuity
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent in a 5-star luxury hotel
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (HMS) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanour
- Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure
- Fluency in Italian and English
