About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners
- Handle incoming phone calls, outbound calls, emails, and chats regarding reservations and statements
- Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Verify unit availability for scheduling suppliers or realtor visits
- Maintain company standards for guest satisfaction, accuracy, and inquiry conversion
- Manage property onboarding including contract drafting, DTCM permit registration, and utilities activation
Requirements
- Technical proficiency with laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Professional communication skills across email, phone, video, and text
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible 6-day schedule, including night shifts
